Regarding the ignition requirements of the control cabinet, the control logic needs to be standardized and normalized. Controllers from Siemens or Honeywell shall be used for direct first-stage ignition. The number of ignition levels and the control sequence are reduced. The requirements for on-site operation of operators are reduced accordingly.

The ignition time and the manual operation function for on-site ignition can be controlled. The ignition time is adjustable, with automatic protection when the time is up and on-site manual shutdown function.

All gas nozzles are of the quick detachable type. In this way, it is only necessary to connect the gas nozzle to the on-site pipeline interface and ignition interface during ignition. After use, it can be quickly disassembled and removed from the site.

This can effectively extend the service life of gas nozzles and ignition components, and also improve the neat placement of on-site equipment.

The air pipelines, control valves, gas pipelines, and control valves are configured according to user requirements to ensure safe and reliable operation, achieving both a high ignition success rate and reasonable cost-effectiveness in use.

This enables the burner to operate faster and more stably, allowing it to better fulfill and promptly respond to on-site ignition requirements.

The pressure of the primary air pipeline is monitored in real time. When the pressure is lower than the set minimum value (e.g., < 500 Pa), an interlock is automatically triggered: the fuel supply is cut off, and the burner is shut down.

Flashback protection: Insufficient primary air pressure can cause flame flashback, and this switch is a key component for the intrinsic safety of the combustion system.

Installation location: Outlet pipeline of the primary air fan.
